The operation on the panel can be performed for the draw-out cabinet, switchboard and power box ete. through mnnuul operation mechanism of the breaker to close or to open and re-trip the circuit breaker, and start fault trip reset indication and interlock tunetion, i.e. the gate of control cabinet closed. Emergent unlock shall be used to open the gate it required by special conditions, and to en sure the safety to prevent error operation. The handle is equipped with pad locks or other fittings, and it also can be fitted with some draw-out cabinets with the interlock function ofunit and cabin- et body
